Do you offer rates for longer contractor stays?
Yes. We have weekly and monthly rates designed for projects of any length. Send us your dates and the number of guests and we’ll come back with a tailored quote, including invoicing for company bookings.
Why book direct instead of through Airbnb or Booking.com?
You avoid the platform service fees, you get a quicker response from us, and we can be more flexible on longer stays, group bookings and special requests. Same homes, same hosts, better price.
Where are your homes based?
Our homes are in Cleethorpes and Grimsby in North East Lincolnshire. Cleethorpes properties are close to the beach and seafront. Grimsby properties are set up for contractors with quick access to the docks, industrial estates and the wider Humber area.
Is parking available?
Most of our homes have driveway parking or close, free on-street parking. Specific parking details are listed on each property page.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Quickly. Most enquiries during normal hours are answered within the hour, often faster. We treat fast communication as part of the service, not an afterthought.
Can I book if I'm visiting for work but not a contractor?
Absolutely. Plenty of our guests are here for meetings, training, conferences or temporary roles. Just tell us your dates and we’ll find the right home.
