Two and three-bedroom houses and apartments in Cleethorpes, Grimsby and the surrounding area work best for us. The property doesn’t need to be brand new, but it should be in good condition and well located for short stays. Get in touch with the basic details and we’ll give you an honest answer.

Leases are usually two to five years, agreed up front. Longer terms are often more attractive to both sides because they give the landlord guaranteed income for longer and let us invest properly in setting the property up.

We do. Once we take on a property, utilities, internet, council tax and the day-to-day running costs are all our responsibility. You only deal with the mortgage, insurance and ownership-level costs.

Damages are our responsibility, not yours. Every booking is covered by deposit and damage protection, and our maintenance team handles repairs. You receive your full payment regardless of any incident.

Not necessarily. Depending on the property and the agreement, we can either work with your existing furniture or fully furnish the property ourselves. We’ll discuss this during the valuation.

That’s covered in the agreement upfront. The property is kept in market-ready condition the whole time we hold it, so when you’re ready to sell, it’s ready to be shown without weeks of catch-up work.
